Tiffany Azzinaro, LCSWR

As a Clinical Social Worker with over 16 years of experience and Program Director at Discovering Balance, I’m passionate about helping people move from feeling stuck to feeling empowered. I work with individuals, children, and families (ages 12 and up) who are navigating anxiety, trauma, PTSD, grief, ADHD, self-worth challenges, caregiver stress, and women’s issues. I also provide comprehensive ADHD assessments.

My style is warm, collaborative, and practical — I believe therapy should feel like a safe space where you can be real, explore what’s holding you back, and start building the life you want. Together, we’ll work on uncovering your strengths, healing old wounds, and developing strategies that bring more balance, confidence, and well-being into your daily life.

Treatment Philosophy

Starting therapy is a courageous step and an important investment in yourself. I believe healing happens best in a collaborative, strength-based relationship that respects each person’s unique needs and goals. In our work together, we’ll focus on building insight, developing skills, and addressing challenges in ways that support lasting growth and healing. I am especially passionate about supporting both children and adults as they process childhood trauma, anxiety, grief/loss, self-worth struggles, caregiver stress, college related issues, and PTSD. I draw on a variety of evidence-based approaches—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Bibliotherapy—to customize care to each client’s journey. I’d be honored to answer any questions and support you as you take the next step toward healing and personal growth..
